Relax, release, and realign your body with this gentle supported yoga flow 🧘‍♀️✨

Start with Supported Child’s Pose (2 mins) to calm the nervous system and release lower back tension.
Move into Supported Bridge (2 mins) to activate glutes and open the chest.
Then Supported Reclined Butterfly (2 mins) for deep hip opening and relaxation.
