Brain Hack:

Gloomy, rainy days and the shortened amount of sunlight can trigger low mood, anxiety and depression, commonly known as Seasonal Affective Disorder. I know I require a lot of sunlight and gloomy days trigger my brain to feel the same sensations I USED to feel when I had anxiety attacks.

I trick my brain by wearing bright yellow sunglasses. It immediately changes my mood and makes me feel sunny and bright. 🌞☀️

I keep a pair in each cars (mine and my boo’s) and anywhere that feels gloomy. Super inexpensive from Amazon.
