This weeeek!

Join me tomorrow for slow flow. This is a great class to get out of that “fight or flight” mode and into your “rest and digest” mode and allow your body and mind to slow down and restore.

This is the last week of limited schedule so check next week for an extra class back on the schedule hopefully!
