When your doctor says " learn ways to manage stress and relax " this could definitely be what they mean!

This format has been shown to increase the feelings of safety in the body, restore connective tissue, build new neural pathways, and increase overall comfort in daily life.

The rest of the world is ahead of us by far - trauma-informed yoga is starting to find its way into hospitals and rehabilitation centers because it is so effective. 💕💕

I took my training and became certified in 2018, this is my absolute passion.
