When boredom strikes, we made a break for it out of IOWA!!! It wasn't quite warm enough to hit the streets shopping, but we sure hopped on the bus for a scenic drive. Off through Nauvoo, into keokuk, and back around to Fort Madison to sightsee. Seeing the beautiful sparkling river ✨️, to spotting the geese and bald eagles 🦅. Next we went to visit important historical sights, we went by the lock and dam, and had to ogle the big mansions (we can only dream, right?). This was the perfect afternoon adventure ✨️

Our day burst forth with a sprint, and that set the tone for a day of fun. Exercise class is no longer a dull routine, but a lively gathering where we've established unshakeable bonds and friendships. Whether we're lifting weights, dancing to the beat, or strolling outside when the weather is nice, exercise has become a riotous experience that leaves us begging for more.
