**DATE CHANGE** The November LCHD Immunization Clinics will not be at normally scheduled dates due to LCHD preparing to move to our new location.

LCHD Immunization Clinic is scheduled for Thursday, November 6, 2025 from 1:00-4:30pm at Trinity United Methodist Church (2330 Plank Rd) in Keokuk. The clinic is open to children who have no insurance, are insured by Iowa Medicaid or those who have private insurance that doesn't cover vaccines. Flu shots will be available! To schedule an appointment please call 319-372-5225.

Wednesday, November 12 at Ft. Madison Jr/Sr High from 4:30-7:00pm
Thursday, November 13 at 918 Timea St, Keokuk from 4:30-7:00pm

Parent Cafes are FREE for all parents with children of ALL ages. Dinner and childcare are FREE. Please scan the QR code or use the website link to register. See you there!

Announcing the 2025 Tree of Love ornament - Gold Finch!

Even with a move ahead of us we did not want to miss a year of this annual tradition to honor and remember our loved ones. Ornaments are $20 (no added shipping), and a tag with your loved one's name will be added. This year unveiling ceremony will be at LCHD's new location (5001 Avenue O, Fort Madison) on December 10 at 11:30am. If mailing your order form, please be sure to send it to LCHD, PO Box 1426, Fort Madison, IA 52627. Order forms were mailed out this week. Please note that if you request your ornament before the holidays we will try our best to honor that. We ask for your patience as we navigate this move in the midst of this annual tradition.
