That journey should include lots of love, happiness, excitement and satisfaction. Unfortunately it will also include disappointment, illness, financial issues and unexpected crisis. These little bumps in the road will create untold stress in your life and if you are not set to deal with that stress it will turn in to a health crisis as well as stress relationships. I recently read a book called "The Top 5 Regrets Of The Dying" by Bronnie Ware. Bronnie was a palliative care worker. In the book Bronnie lists the 5 common regrets as...

1. I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.
2. I wish I hadn’t worked so hard.
3. I wish I’d had the courage to express my feelings.
4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.
5. I wish I had let myself be happier.

I want to know that if I died tomorrow, I have nothing to regret! Oh, there are some things, looking back with the knowledge I have now, that I could have done differently. But the decisions I made then were the best decisions I could have made at the time. I refuse to let things that have happened in the past effect who I am tomorrow.

Start today, living your life to your full potential and doing what makes YOU happy!! In the near future, I will have help to offer you if you are struggling with anxiety, depression or just need some guidance on dealing with life.

Just a few years ago, most people thought yoga was for 'girls'. More and more athletes are discovering the benefits of yoga. This is a long read but it describes, in detail, how yoga is an excellent way of getting in your strength and endurance training. This article particularly describes the benefits of Hatha yoga, but all types of yoga have these same benefits.
