I want to share an important update with my patients and community.
In the coming months, I will be stepping away from my practice to serve on an 18-month medical mission in Brazil. This is a deeply meaningful opportunity for me, but it is also a difficult decision. It has been a true privilege to care for you, and I am sincerely grateful for the trust you’ve placed in me.
To ensure a smooth transition:
• Patients receiving GLP-1 treatment will have the option to continue their care with a trusted colleague who shares my commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• For all other medical needs, I encourage you to begin establishing care with a primary care provider who can support you moving forward.
Over the next weeks, my office will work closely with you to make this transition as seamless as possible, including coordinating records and answering any questions. I am still working! Nobody need go without a prescription or a refill!
Thank you for allowing me to be part of your care. This community has meant more to me than I can fully express, and I carry that with me as I begin this next chapter.
With gratitude,
Rich Goddard MD
