🎃 Halloween festivities continued today at Birkwood Village, and what a treat it was! Our residents joined the little ones from Holy Trinity Early Childhood Center for some trick-or-treating fun. Such a nice event!💙👻

We also enjoyed a visit from the Silver Steppers and some delicious cookie decorating. ✨

A huge thank you to Katie, our amazing Assisted Living Activities Director, for planning such a wonderful week of Halloween fun for everyone! 💜🧡

🎃 Our assisted living residents have been getting into the Halloween spirit with witch hat decorating, pumpkin charcuterie boards, flower arranging, and plenty of pumpkin crafts. Fall fun is in full swing at Birkwood Village. 👻🧙‍♀️

Birkwood Village Assisted Living and Memory Care held its first meeting dedicated to supporting and educating families about dementia. Our specialized memory care activities programming is called Bridge to Memories. Andria Cain, speech therapist, and Katie Baker, activities director, are committed to helping people thrive despite the challenges of dementia. How fortunate we are to have their expertise and passion!
