We are incredibly grateful to for hosting for ALL of 2026!! 🦾💜

Join us Saturday, January 10th at 11:15am for the first all-inclusive group workout of 2026 👨‍🦽‍➡️🦿🏋🏾‍♀️💪

This is a great opportunity to move your body, learn new workout techniques, and connect with others in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Volunteers will be on site to ensure everyone has a successful and fun workout!
