We offer orthopaedic care to treat both sports and non-sports related injuries in SC York County.

SpecOrtho has brought personalized and professional care to South Carolina's York and Lancaster county residents since 2017. Dr. Feltham and our dedicated team are highly trained in the care of upper and lower extremities and specialize in treating sports injuries as well as non-sport-related orthopaedic injuries. By educating our patients, working with them on an individualized basis, and using minimally invasive techniques, we promote a faster recovery. SpecOrtho - Our Story / Our Family

SpecOrtho is an independent orthopaedic and sports medicine practice in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Glen Feltham, M.D. had most recently taken care of patients as part of a hospital system in Pennsylvania, and decided it was important to leave industrialized, cookie-cutter medicine to instead take care of patients how they want to and should be treated. After researching some warmer areas of the country, Dr. Feltham and his family fell in love with the growing Fort Mill / Rock Hill / Charlotte area. And the rest is history!

While SpecOrtho is new to the Fort Mill community, we are certainly not new to orthopedic care! Dr. Feltham is dually board certified in Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine, and has eighteen (18) years of experience treating professional, collegiate and weekend athletes alike – including being a team physician for USA Youth National Soccer! Dr. Gale, who recently joined our team, is originally from Charleston, SC and has trained in all 4 corners of the USA, including 2 fellowships!

SpecOrtho specializes in treating both sports and non-sports related injuries. We consider all our patients to be “athletes” – whether you’re an industrial-athlete who needs to get back to your job / life, or a sport-athlete who needs to get back to your team. We are dedicated to getting you a timely appointment (usually same day or next day), and then providing quick recovery techniques and minimally invasive procedures to insure the least disruption to your active lifestyle.
