Divya hit her first barbell bench press today!

On her first set, she couldn’t get one rep up. But after a little coaching — learning how to breathe, brace, and get her positioning right — she nailed it. By her last set, she knocked out 5 solid reps.

You can actually see me start running over at the end — don’t worry, we wouldn’t let her get stuck without a spot!

Still a few small things we’ll keep working on, but for a first day on the barbell — this was huge.

This is what it’s all about — doing things you’ve never done to get results you’ve never had.
Being bold enough to challenge yourself, step out of your comfort zone, and push to be a little better every day.

The biggest win isn’t just the lift — it’s the confidence that comes from mastering something new and realizing you were stronger than you thought.

This is what strength looks like.

This is what showing up for yourself looks like. 💪

Benchmark Week was electric — nearly everyone went up in every category. The work is paying off. The program works. You just have to show up, lock in, and give it your all.

Also… pretty sure we yelled “COME ON!” about 472 times 😂 — but that’s what happens when you’ve got a room full of people chasing their best.

Surround yourself with people who push you, encourage you, and remind you you’re capable of more. That’s Catalyst. 🔥

Do you know someone who wants to start exercising but isn’t sure where to begin? 💪

Here’s a simple, beginner-friendly workout you can do at home or at the gym — minimal equipment, easy to scale, and joint-friendly.

The Workout 🏋️‍♂️
1️⃣ Elevated Push-Up — Use a countertop, bench, or barbell. The higher the surface, the easier it becomes.
2️⃣ Single-Arm Dumbbell Row — Great for posture and building back strength.
3️⃣ Box Squat — Takes pressure off the knees while strengthening your legs.
4️⃣ Hip Bridge — A back-friendly way to target glutes and hamstrings without loading the spine.
5️⃣ Elevated Plank — The higher the surface, the easier; lower = harder (just like the push-up).

How to Structure It:
👉 Do one exercise at a time for 3–4 rounds, 5–15 reps per set, and rest as needed between moves.

Start where you are. Do what you can. Build from there. 💥

Saturday, October 18 — “Fight Cancer with Kettlebells”

We’re getting together for a cause that’s bigger than a workout 💪🎗️

Starting Monday, October 13, we’ll be fundraising all week long to support the American Cancer Society through the NFL’s Crucial Catch initiative — helping more people catch cancer early and increasing access to lifesaving screenings, especially in communities that need it most.

Then on Saturday, October 18, join us for our official “Fight Cancer with Kettlebells” event — a morning of sweat, strength, and community.

🕗 Workout Times:
8:00 AM • 9:30 AM • 11:00 AM
(These will be larger group sessions — please RSVP at the front desk to reserve your spot!)

💈 We’ve also partnered with , who will be offering buzz cuts for anyone willing to go the extra step to raise awareness and show support.
