The Trader Joe’s Items I Won’t Stop Buying
If you’re heading to Trader Joe’s soon, save this for your list ✔️
These are a few staples + fun finds I always grab:
1. Egg Frittatas – perfect for a quick breakfast or lunch. 25g protein and ready in 2 minutes.
2. Corn & Chile Tomato-Less Salsa – we’re obsessed. So good on anything Mexican-inspired (and I just used it in a quick lentil dip 👀).
3. Squiggly Noodles – budget-friendly alternative to Momofuku noodles. Great for easy stir fry nights.
4. Pre-cut Butternut Squash – because I refuse to wrestle a squash 😅. Perfect for meal prep or quick sides.
5. Crunchy Chili Onion Sprinkle – all the chili crisp flavor, no extra oil. I use this on everything.
6. Freeze Dried Strawberries – blend into powder for smoothies, yogurt, pancakes, baking… so much flavor without watering things down.
7. Dorot Gardens Crushed Ginger (and garlic) – freezer staple for quick flavor in stir fry, soups, etc.
8. Tahini – such a good price here. I use it for hummus, sauces, even brownies.
9. Roasted Red Peppers – easy add-in for omelets, bowls, and salads.

We love this prosciutto-wrapped chicken with mushrooms. It’s high-protein, gluten-free, & Whole30-friendly. If you’re a fan of saltimbocca and marsala, you’ll love this fusion of flavors.
It’s also really easy to make!
