Are you ready to flow? ✨
In our Slow Flow classes, you’ll move through a slower-paced sequence of foundational yoga poses designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Teachers offer plenty of modifications and advancements, so you’ll feel supported wherever you are in your practice. You’ll focus on alignment, breath, and mindful movement—while soaking in the peace and tranquility yoga brings.
