This beautiful studio is filled with dedicated yoga students + teachers who are passionate about sharing the tranquility, strength + joy that yoga brings. Our teachers work hard to create a fulfilling yoga experience for individuals in all stages of their yoga journey, whether you’ve been practicing for years, or it’s your very first time stepping on a yoga mat.

Our studio’s relaxing ambiance and convenient location provide a lovely sanctuary from the daily pressures of a busy life. We offer hot yoga, power yoga, deep stretch, prenatal/postpartum yoga, kids yoga, and more. See our schedule here.
