Pushing.... both in labor and in life, it is exciting to get the urge to push. However, make sure you are really ready to do so. The baby will get here, firstly assess your rest level. Is it time for a breather? The contractions have spaced out and you can regain some energy lost in transition. You may even be able to eat a bit of something in between pushing surges. Do not be in a hurry to get the baby out, but instead be ready to follow the natural leading of the body and baby. Remember to talk to your baby, calling them into your arms and telling them to trust, let go, and come out. Pace yourself. Do not start to fear. Now is time to use your energy with the natural body instinct to be a force together. Do not push until there is a contraction. Bearing down internally while focusing on the outcome. It is worth going through this process for the joy set before you of your baby in your arms. You can do this work. Keep your head positive and gain strength from God or support people. Worth it in every way.

Birthing and parenting go hand in hand. Making room for a baby to enter the family space, can take the full 40 weeks, but the preparation of family is worth it. Talk to other children, even very young ones or much older ones, assuring them that you have enough love for all and that loves grows. You will not be taking love from them. You will be growing more love for all. Teach them to grow love in their hearts for the new family member before they arrive. Life lessons, we can always grow more love. It may take concentrated efforts, like growing a rose in a different soil, but it will grow if you cultivate a culture of love in your home and heart.
