NEW SERVICE - Dry Needling!

This treatment uses a thin dry needle — a needle without medicine — to target muscular and connective tissues (myofascial trigger points).
• “myo” means “muscle.” Fascia is the thin, white connective tissue wrapped around your muscles, tendons, and connection to joints.

When dry needling is applied to your muscles/tendons/joint connections, it stimulates your tender spots to heal (like massage bodywork therapy). This technique can increase blood flow, decrease tightness and inflammation, reduce local & referred pain, and improve range of motion.

Along with releasing tension, the prick sensation can also fire off nerve fibers that stimulate your brain to release endorphins, your body’s homemade pain medication.
