I wish I could come through this feed and tell you how important it is to get checked… and that means doing your self checks too! Ladies, listen… 𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙘𝙠𝙨.
I lost a friend to breast cancer & I’m sure most of you have been affected by this disease in some way. Early detection is key. So get your Tatas checked! If you don’t know how, swipe to see how to do it yourself. Then, when you turn 40… the Mayo Clinic says you should start getting mammograms (earlier if breast cancer runs in your family). I’m not a doctor… I’m just telling you what mine told me… so visit yours and ask the questions!
In the meantime, I’ll be over here
