This honor recognizes early-career audiologist (5 years or less in practice) who demonstrate outstanding excellence in clinical care, advocacy, and leadership.

Dr. Viditz-Ward exemplifies all of these qualities and more. She is incredibly knowledgeable in her field, a wonderful colleague to work alongside, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure her patients receive the highest level of care.

This year, we had the privilege of attending the Patriot Military Family Foundation’s Patriot Gala, where we heard an inspiring message from Capt. Frank Culbertson (USN, Ret.). His words reminded us of the strength, resilience, and unwavering values that define our nation’s heroes and the families who stand beside them.
