Here is an update of what transpired this week for H**p in SC. We as business owners along with a collective group of other owner and operators in the industry are fighting hard to keep these products legal in SC but the fight is hard, costly and an uphill battle. We need your help ASAP!! Please call your SC representatives and kindly ask them to support House Bill 4758 which is a bill that regulates rather than bans the industry in South Carolina!

A funny thing happened on the way to the banning, or at least partial banning, of THC-infused edibles and beverages in the state of South Carolina.

This will allow time to work on responsible regulation rather than prohibition.
