For those of you old enough to remember....

Did you know Jack LaLanne was a Chiropractor. He graduated from Chiropractic college and used his chiropractic education to help design and operate the first modern health club, which opened in Oakland, California, in 1936. LaLanne's work combined chiropractic principles with his pioneering efforts in fitness and nutrition, which became the foundation for his famous television show and overall health philosophy.

July is Law Enforcement Appreciation Month at the
Hay Chiropractic & Wellness Center!

We would like to thank all of our law enforcement community in Northern Ky. for all that you do in service to our communites!

During the month of July we are offering a physical exam, blood pressure evaluation, and a 5 minute "Stress Busting" massage, to all members of the Law Enforcement Community and their families.
