A Night on the Farm🌻✨

Serenity Hospice & Home Health had the best time at the Farm to Table event alongside our friends at Raya Med+Day Spa with Glamrn and it did NOT disappoint! From amazing food to great company, the whole evening was full of heart and hometown magic. 💛

We couldn’t get enough of the Triple Farms Produce stand, seriously, the freshest (and cutest!) produce around! 🍅🌽🥕

And the highlight of the night?! Kadee WINNING Chicken P**p Bingo! 🐔😂 If you know, you know… and yes, it was just as hilarious as it sounds!

So grateful to be part of a community that comes together to support our local seniors in such a fun and meaningful way. Already counting down to the next one! 🙌 Thank you Tri-State Cares for such an amazing event! 🖤

Serenity Hospice and Home Health had a wonderful time attending the Classic Car Show at Avista Senior Living Joshua Springs! 🚗✨

We were especially excited to showcase our beautiful 1965 Mustang GT350! It was such a joy sharing a piece of classic history with everyone who came out!

It was an incredible event filled with beautiful cars, great company, and a shared purpose. We were honored to be part of such a meaningful day supporting the Boys & Girls Club and the amazing work Avista does for our senior community.

Thank you to Avista Senior Living for hosting such a fantastic event and bringing everyone together for a great cause. We love being part of a community that shows up, gives back, and makes a difference.

At Serenity, our mission never sleeps—because the care we provide never stops. Our 2026 theme, Sleepless at Serenity, reflects the dedication, compassion, and around-the-clock commitment our team brings to those we serve every single day.

During our quarterly education in-service, we came together to review policies, procedures, and company insights—continuing to grow, learn, and strengthen the care we provide as one team.

🚨 NEW FLEET ALERT🚨

In an effort to improve efficiency and reduce travel time, all hospice visits will now be conducted using electric scooters effective immediately. 🛴

New compliance requirements include:
• Helmets required for all admissions ⛑️
• Minimum speed of 15 mph between visits
• Charting must be completed at red lights only
• ID badges must be visible and aerodynamic

Failure to comply may result in being reassigned to a hoverboard.

Serenity Hospice and Home Health Is committed to continuing dedication to patient care and innovation.

💙 Cueing slow piano when you're deep in thought
