☀️ Sunscreen Summer is HERE ☀️
Stay cool, stay safe, and enjoy the sun the right way 👇
🧴 Don’t skip sunscreen
Use SPF 30+ every day—even if it’s cloudy. Reapply every 2 hours (especially after swimming or sweating).
💧 Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate
Drink water throughout the day—not just when you feel thirsty. Add electrolytes if you’re out in the heat a lot.
👕 Dress smart
Light-colored, loose-fitting clothes help keep you cooler. Don’t forget a hat and sunglasses for extra protection.
🌳 Find the shade
Take breaks out of direct sunlight and try to avoid peak heat hours (10 AM – 4 PM).
❄️ Cool down when needed
Use cold towels, misting sprays, or take a quick rinse. Stay indoors when temps get extreme.
👶Babies under 6 months breastfeed more often or offer plenty of formula, no water!💧
Use Car seat and stroller portable fans 🪭never cover strollers or car seats with blankets to block sun but use well ventilated shaded areas to stay out of the sun.
