Hello all my wonderful clients!

I would like to start by saying thank you for all your support over the course of the last 10/11 years. Your support means the world to me and my family. You guys weathered many storms with me from surgeries, to a rough pregnancy, to the shut downs in 2020. By supporting my small business you helped me cloth my kids for school, allowed them to do sports, and we were able to take some vacations that we other wise would not have been able to take. I have loved learning and hearing about your families. I have loved praying with many of you and having those heartfelt God conversations. Many of you have helped me to grow into the strong woman of faith that I am today. And for that I will forever be grateful.

Some of you already know and for some of you this may be news. Over the course of the last month or so, I have come to terms with the fact that I cannot continue to massage forever. The wear on my body is catching up with me. My body hurts more times than not and it's getting to the point that providing my services is causing pain. I have been pursuing other options for careers and have been offered and accepted a part time/as needed position. I'm not sure what the next chapter holds with this new career but I have decided that it is time for me to close the massage chapter. My last day of providing massage at my Fort Morgan location will be May 27th. I may decide to offer massage on a very limited schedule out of my house but am undecided on that at the moment. I would like to spend as much time my kids this summer as possible. I hope you all will stick it out with me until the end of May. If not, I completely understand and want you to do what is best for you. There are many wonderful massage therapists in the area that I would be happy to refer you too when that time comes.

Please keep in mind this is my career and my way of providing for my family. Please provide 24 hour notice of cancelation.

After much debate I think it is time to raise my prices. It has been a few years since my last price increase and with the cost of everything going up I am forced to do the same. New massage prices will be effective starting on September 1st, 2021. I can't express enough how grateful I am to have your continued support chasing my passion. Thank you for sticking through the last almost 10 years with me. I appreciate you all more than I can put into words.

New Massage prices effective Sept. 1st 2021 will be:

30 minutes - $35
60 minutes - $55
90 minutes - $75

Once again I appreciate your support and look forward to continuing to work with you all. This business give me the opportunity and flexibility to be a mom and to be in the work force.

Good afternoon everyone! My family and I have some life changing opportunities ahead of us the next few months. With that being said at this time I will not be taking on any new clients. Once life settles and we adjust to these changes I will let you all know at that time if I can take on more clients. I am so thankful for all of you guys! I know a few excellent massage therapists in town that I can refer you to.

Good morning everyone! I sure do miss you all and am very excited to get back to work. I have always run my business by being open, honest and completely transparent with you. That isn't going to change. I have struggled with when and how to go back to work in the mist of this pandemic. Let me tell you this season is proving very difficult for my family and my career.

As many of you know my family helps me out with my kids during the summer months. Unfortunately due to the virus these family members won't be able to help for the time being. In the past when family hasn't been able to help with kids, I would take them to daycare. Unfortunately the day care I typically use isn't open right now. This puts me in a tricky place to return to work. I will only be able to work while my husband is home to take the kids. As many of you know his schedule can get crazy and he typically only gets one day off a week. With that being said I have decided that ONLY for the time being I will work on Saturday mornings. Please keep in mind that this schedule is only temporary and I will return to my normal schedule as soon as I can or as soon as my kids go back to school.

I hope you all will decide to weather this storm with me. I completely understand if you can't or that your not willing to. If this is the case I can direct you to some other massage therapists. As always I truly appreciate you all. I have the best clients and I can't wait to see you all.

Guidelines for recieving a massage
* A mask must be worn at all times
* If you or anyone in your household has been sick in the last 2 weeks please reschedule your appt
* I am asking that you schedule only 1 massage per month for the time being. This is so I can accommodate as many clients as possible. This is only temporary.
* For the time being I will only be offering 30 or 60 minute massages. Again this is temporary and will help me to better accommodate everyone.
* Use the back door entrance.
* I will step out or text you when I am ready for you.
* Please use the hand sanitizer that will be by the door when entering the building.
* Please leave cash or check in the massage room to ensure contact less payment. I will not have change.
* This is only temporary. For the time being I will only be seeing existing clients. Once I am able to return to my normal schedule I will begin taking new clients.
* For the time being I will only be working at the Fort Morgan office.

Newest update. My husband's test came back positive today. With that being said the absolute soonest I will be able to return will be after May 15th. This date could possibly change to a later date. My plan is to wait 2 weeks after my husband is symptom free to prevent the spread. I am still working on my guidelines for treatment and also working on changing days and times. As always I appreciate you all and am thankful for all the prayers.

Good afternoon! I know you all are excited about the governor opening up businesses like mine to start providing services again. And let me tell you I am super excited to get back to work. I miss all of you! A few of you know but many do not. My husband is a presumed positive case. He has been in contact with those who have tested positive. We are still battling this virus and have been for the last 10 days. My husband has been self isolating and recovering at home. At this point I am unsure of when I will be able to come back to providing services. My top priority is trying to get my family healthy again and also protecting all of my clients. I am hopeful to be back by mid May hopefully sooner. At this time I just cant give you all an exact date. As always I appreciate you all. I will be in touch as soon as I feel it is safe for me to start massaging again. Stay safe! Stay healthy!

New update and this is also confirmed on the Dora website. At this time I will not be able to offer massage. Unfortunately due to this virus and helping to stop the spread, I am forced to close down until at least April 30th. In the meantime I will still have gift certificates available. Please know that this absolutely breaks my heart and I am going to miss each and every one of you over the next month or longer.

I will be making all the calls tomorrow :) stay safe, wash your hands and help your neighbors if you are able.

This post is a difficult one to share. The close contact I have with clients and the small space in which massage therapist work I have decided it is best to not see clients next week. I have such a wide variety of clients, I dont want to risk the health of anyone! I will re-evaluate on a weekly basis.

At this time my kids are out of school until March 31st. Our school will also re-evaluate the situation next week and decide if they need to extend this date. At this time I am needed at home with my kids. Everyone who helps me with kids are in that high risk category of this virus and I refuse to put them in harm's way. If you have an appt scheduled with me next week I will be in touch with you soon.
