IslandFit Physical Therapy and Wellness on Fort Myers Beach opened its doors on December 1, 2014. IslandFit offers a wide array of services including Physical Therapy, Customized Personal Training, and Orthotics. Those seeking Physical Therapy will meet one-on-one with IslandFit’s Physical Therapist to go build a strength and conditioning plan to achieve desired functionality regarding a specific condition. Patients will work one-on-one at all times with a member of the physical therapy team to ensure proper form and injury prevention. Individuals seeking Personal Training will meet one-on-one with IslandFit’s Personal Trainer to customize a personal training program suited to meet their needs and goals. IslandFit offers a wide variety of equipment including machines, core equipment, and TRX. Personal Training sessions will be done one-on-one with the personal trainer at all times in order to make sure fitness goals are met. Patients wanting orthotics will meet with IslandFit’s Physical Therapist to be fitted for the proper custom orthotics.
