Stretching your hamstrings is key to relieving your sciatic pain! It only takes 3 minutes a day. I recommend a few simple stretches that my clients can do BEFORE GETTING OUT OF BED in the morning. If you will do them consistently, just 3 minutes every morning, you should feel a great deal of difference.
