Dancing with Guru Singh as he leads the introduction for our Friday hang in the 300 hour kundalini teacher training. This has been an absolute life changing experience. The real Sarah who has self sacrificed and suppressed herself is finally lowering the armor. Considering I’m a very private person who consciously deleted Instagram and wanted nothing to do with it and then was thrown into running a “business account”—it’s been terrifying to say the least 😂 (what am I doing??)
I still can’t believe I’m in the first cohort for his 300 hour training with Kundalini University—completely detached from the KRI model or anything to do with Yogi Bhajan. Every Krya is unique and we’re taught how to create our own kryas through the science kriyanology. I’m grateful for my KRI manuals but nothing comes close to this. I’m grateful for my 200 hour TT that has a rich lineage and history with some impressive swamis, then 200 hour TT with Guru Singh, and now the 300 hour… 🥹🥰😇🙏🏼🌟
My higher self has been getting a lot of pats on the back lately.

One of me and Islas songs :) I didn’t even have to try that hard to get her to like this swampy southern rock. She was born in Florida after all…
Today papa Dan was slammed at Reflections (🙏🏼) and I took it upon myself to keep her home with me so that we could have a much needed beach day together even though I really needed to work 😵‍💫 … I’ll never take for granted my ability to stop everything and be present with our daughter. The last clip is her seeing a mime for the first time! Fort Myers Beach was popping and we had PERFECT parking at Bowditch Point and at Times Square.
