Woohoo!! I love it when my classes FALL on fun dates! This is my second year in a row hosting Santosha at Bunche Beach for the Autumn Equinox. This year we’re gathering at 7:30 AM!! Bright and early to gaze at the sunrise, feel natures sweet good morning, and honor the changing season with gratitude to ourselves, the planet, and community. Please bring a chair or towel to feel comfortable in the sand. Water. Hat. Bug spray. You know. Florida stuff. I’m so excited and I can’t wait to see you there!!
