Stronger legs = easier sit-to-stands 💪

This quick exercise targets your quadriceps—key muscles that help you get up from a chair with confidence. Try simple leg kicks while sitting: extend your leg, hold for 2–3 seconds, and repeat 10–15 times on each side.

Ready to level up? Add light ankle weights and move slow and controlled.

As always, listen to your body—if you feel pain, stop and talk with your doctor.
