Alva and Jill are joining forces to bring the collective an integrative experience for deep energetic restoration and subconscious connection.

String in gratitude this today for this weekend’s cacao ceremony hosted by the beautiful .yoga 💗 every woman who joined us in sacred space held intention to connect back to the heart and return to love.
Our hearts know the truth, and there is a process for our minds to bow to that truth - sometimes we overthink and disconnect. We get stuck in spirals of doubt and worry.
Gathering with sister’s in ceremony, connecting with the medicine and spirit of cacao, we are reminded to come back home to the heart.
We cannot wait to gather again in celebration of a heart centered life 💗

COVID-19 Statement

We are committed at Heart Space Yoga Collective to create a sense of safety and calm. We are closely monitoring CDC guidelines. We have committed to cleaning commonly touched surfaces after every session, including the floors. We have mapped out and labeled spaces to place your yoga mat and practice, maintaining a minimum of 6’ between the mats. We are consciously replacing our AC filters, using MERV-13 filters, which are hospital grade. Please contact Jayme at jayme@heartspaceyogacollective with any questions or concerns.

Welcome to Heart Space Yoga Collective. Heart Space was created to be a place for both the yoga student and the yoga teacher. A collective is a group of people acting together with a common interest. In our space, teachers of different backgrounds, experiences and talents are gathering for a common interest. This interest is providing compassionate service to our community, sharing yoga through a variety of offerings.

The intention is to provide a nourishing, welcoming and compassionate space for the yoga student, no matter where they are on their yoga journey. For the teacher, the space is accepting and encouraging. It is encouraging because it gives the teacher an opportunity to share their gifts and their light, with a unique approach, a “rental model.”
