We’re so excited to welcome Kelly Cundiff, our newest member at Ritual Wellness Space 🤍
Kelly is a certified doula, nurse practitioner, and birth educator devoted to supporting women and their families through one of life’s most transformative experiences. Through her work, she empowers mothers and their chosen partners to feel informed, confident, and deeply supported in their birth journey.
Beginning in April, Kelly will be hosting a Birth Class Series at Ritual Wellness Space, guiding participants through the Uncovering Birth Method — a powerful approach designed to help you prepare mentally, emotionally, and physically for an empowered birth experience.

We are committed at Heart Space Yoga Collective to create a sense of safety and calm. We are closely monitoring CDC guidelines. We have committed to cleaning commonly touched surfaces after every session, including the floors. We have mapped out and labeled spaces to place your yoga mat and practice, maintaining a minimum of 6’ between the mats. Welcome to Heart Space Yoga Collective. Heart Space was created to be a place for both the yoga student and the yoga teacher. A collective is a group of people acting together with a common interest. In our space, teachers of different backgrounds, experiences and talents are gathering for a common interest. This interest is providing compassionate service to our community, sharing yoga through a variety of offerings.
The intention is to provide a nourishing, welcoming and compassionate space for the yoga student, no matter where they are on their yoga journey. For the teacher, the space is accepting and encouraging. It is encouraging because it gives the teacher an opportunity to share their gifts and their light, with a unique approach, a “rental model.”
Heart Space is available to rent as a yoga teacher and other movement/mind/body instructors, holisitic or wellness practitioners, photographers or for a small group gathering. It is an ideal space for one on one or group classes/workshops/events.
Please inquire on www.heartspaceyogacollective.com if you are interested in renting the space and becoming a part of our collective, as the possibilities are many.
Heart Space is located in Cypress Square, at the corner of McGregor Boulevard and Cypress Lake Drive in Southwest Fort Myers. It is located upstairs above Blu Sushi. Although it is in a busy, well established complex, the space is simple and cozy.
