The spring season is less than 5 months away, and I’m starting to think about whether or not to host an event. But before I decide, I want to hear from you.

Wellness is an important part of my life. When I don’t take care of myself, I feel it in my soul.

I’m also an advocate for the wellbeing of others — encouraging people to be engaged in their own relationship to wellness.

It’s why I became a yoga teacher. And it’s why I created the SWFL Wellness Fair.

The wellness fair is a place where wellness professionals like myself can connect with people who are actively engaged in their own wellbeing, and/or people who are looking for a place to get started.

It’s also a place for the community to come together for a day of wellness through community connection, free yoga and fitness classes, access to local products and professionals, and so much more.
