Hello Facebook!

I am happy to let you all know that I am now licensed and able to see people in the state of Florida and in the state of Vermont (via telehealth/video) again. I know there are many who are looking for services in VT and are unable to find them, therefore I went through that process to offer this service.

If you know anyone in need of services please feel free to refer them to me for consultation. Thank you and if you can share this post that would be great!

Tip: If you’re feeling down keep pushing out and challenging your negative thoughts. Remember our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all linked and impact each other. So even some positive self talk is beneficial!
