Happy New Year's (Eve)!!

As 2025 wraps up, I can only imagine how many of us are reflecting on the year we just had. Whether it was an amazing year filled with joy and laughter, or a difficult year filled with grief and trauma; I'm so proud of everyone that has pushed through life's challenges.

As we start to create new hopes, dreams, and goals for the new year, I encourage everyone to foster goals that bring enrichment to your life- in whatever way that may be.

The Neurodivergent struggle!

Have you ever been told these things and can't help but wonder... will anything I do be good enough??

I know what this can feel like, from both personal experience and working with many clients that come in and struggle to figure out what exactly all of this means to them.

Are they really coming off as "stuck up"? Does that mean they ARE "stuck up"? And what's so wrong with having a personality that's a little different than others... Or maybe being more on the quiet side (until you really get to know them!)?
