I know it can feel terrifying to state your needs. There’s that little voice that says, "Don't be trouble, don't be loud, don't take up space." But even the tiniest birds are loud when they need something! You are allowed to take up space. You deserve to be heard. (And as someone who has a birdfeeder outside their window - chickadees are super loud!)
