Closing out 2025 with full hearts and so much gratitude 💚✨

We’re proud to share that SoulBody Studios has been named an Startup to Watch - a true honor and especially meaningful during this holiday season.

What began over a decade ago as , with the simple intention of helping studios and instructors stay current as boutique fitness evolved, has grown into something much bigger. Along the way, we listened, learned, and noticed a gap: wellness was becoming fragmented.

So in 2024, we brought it all together.

SoulBody Studios was created as a place where movement and recovery live under one roof. Barre, Pilates, Yoga, Restore, and Encompass Reformer seamlessly paired with science-backed recovery - infrared sauna, red light, salt, PEMF, and compression.

One membership. One community. One intimate space. One integrated way to feel and perform your best.

This studio is the culmination of ten years of creating with intention and leading with heart. We’re incredibly grateful for our community, our team, and everyone who has been part of this journey. Here’s to what’s ahead in 2026 🌟💚
