Peace can feel elusive in a world full of fear, trauma, and uncertainty. Isaiah 26:3 gives us a picture of peace that doesn’t come from having everything under control—but from trusting the One who is.
In Christian counseling, we often help clients reframe anxious thoughts and anchor their minds in truth. This verse gently encourages us to practice trust—not as a quick fix, but as a daily, intentional focus. When our minds “stay” on God, it doesn’t mean we ignore our struggles; it means we bring them into His presence.
Peace comes not from avoidance, but from connection. And God is a safe place for your mind to rest.
🙏 If you’re struggling today, try a breath prayer: “You are my peace… I trust You.” Repeat slowly. Let it ground you.
