Supporting Our Local Athletes!

Dr. Amir Qureshi has traded in the operating room lights for the Friday night stadium lights this season. He’s been proudly serving on the sidelines as the orthopedic physician for Riverdale High School’s Football Team — the top seed this year in Class 5A–Region 3.

Most recently, Dr. Qureshi was field-side as Riverdale defended their home turf and defeated North Fort Myers 47–22 in the Class 5A regional quarterfinal on November 14, 2025.

Being field-side allows Dr. Qureshi to provide immediate orthopedic support to players, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the game. It’s a role he’s passionate about and a meaningful way to stay connected to the community.

We’re proud to see him making a difference both in and out of the clinic.
