Drum Fit in Memory Care is more than just music — it’s movement, connection, and pure joy. The beat gets everyone engaged, encourages coordination, and creates moments of shared laughter and accomplishment.

Activities like this are intentionally designed to support cognitive stimulation, physical movement, and social connection — all while having FUN.

The past two days were full of big smiles, a little camera shyness, and a whole lot of fun! Thank you to our amazing resident and staff “models” who stepped into the spotlight and made it look easy.

From fitness to art to dining and everything in between — you helped us capture the heart of our community. And trust us… you’re naturals.

We celebrated Valentine’s Day today with our amazing Amavida team members! 💕We had freshly made Firebread sandwiches and sweet Valentine’s Day desserts... it was a wonderful time filled with appreciation for our team and great food.
