For over 40 years, Dr. Schaffer and the San Carlos Chiropractic team have been helping Southwest Florida families move, feel, and live better through personalized chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, and now regenerative medicine.

We could all take a cue from these guys… keep things light, stay flexible, and don’t take life (or yourself) too seriously.
Whether it’s sharing a joke, getting a massage, or just finding a reason to smile, it’s all about feeling good from the inside out.

A quick stretch, a little movement, maybe an adjustment, and suddenly I’m human again. 🙌

This time of year, I try to sneak in a few “treats” that don’t come in a wrapper, like walking outside, stretching, or just slowing down for a bit. 🍂

We’ve seen so many patients find relief through spinal decompression therapy, especially those living with persistent neck, back, or leg pain.
