For all new followers, current and potential new clients, I have made a Policy of Janie Cleaning Services .! 🩷
🧹🧽 New Clients - First, thank you for considering me for your cleaning needs! Please message the page or book an appointment using the website and I will reach out to you with a Client Intake Form and get all the information needed to start weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or one time appointments!
🧹🧽 During Appointments - I aim to do ONLY what clients are comfortable with, their comfort and peace of mind is my top priority! Before appointments, walk throughs and requests are welcomed and wanted! I move furniture and objects ONLY if requested by the customer, in respect for their personal items. Clients can be home and stay home, leave and come back, or not be present and leave access into the home. Whatever makes the client comfortable while I am cleaning their personal space. 🩷
*Fur babies are always welcome! I am comfortable meeting pets during walkthroughs. You can leave them or take them with you as desired.*
🧹🧽 Cancellations - All I ask is for clear communication and at least a days notice, if something comes up. I completely understand life happens. Something can be worked out and we can re-schedule as well! 🥰
”Morning Of” cancellations are at risk of a $35 fee for planned appointments, with no communication, as I always make sure to confirm appointments.
🧹🧽 Payments - Payment is due after the cleaning appointment is finished, a checklist of all completed tasks is sent (or typed out), and an amount is provided. Payment is accepted in the form of Cash, PayPal or Check! Price will remain at $25/hr with $5 in gas per 15 minutes after allotted 30 minute drive time (ex. a 45 minute drive would be $5 added onto the total bill).

Services provided are: Standard, Deep and Specific Item Request cleanings, Laundry Service, & Organizing Services (based on request and availability)
Full Time Schedule:
•Monday’s - Open for all appointments/reschedules)
•Tuesday’s & Wednesday’s - Open for all cleaning appointments!
•Thursday’s - Reserved for Laundry Service (Pick up in morning and return folded by afternoon.) 🧺
•Friday’s -Deep cleans
Saturday -Basic cleans
Sunday/ CLOSED
*Morning appointments will be scheduled at 9am. Laundry pick up on Thursday’s at 9am.*
**Estimated time frames are provided when making an appointment. Actual time taken and tasks able to be completed throughout that time are variable, while making sure time is used responsibly to provide detailed work to the customers request.**
