Happy Friday 🐆
Sad but fun, as the program comes to an end and these guys head to their pro days
It was a blast working with these two talented massage therapists ☺️
I’ll be working with a few of these athletes for the next three weeks

But for the rest; I’d like to wish all of these talented athletes the best of luck as they well deserve it.
The hard work, blood , sweat, tears they put in and the change in growth we have seen is amazing.
Thank you for allowing us to work with you and help you grow into the future athlete you all are 💪🏻🙌🏻

Cupping as you know increases blood circulation, reduces muscle tension, and alleviates pain. It’s used mainly to treat chronic back/neck pain, improve athletic recovery and soften scar tissue.
BUT DID YOU ALSO KNOW
As it’s that time of year; when you are sick 🤒 . Cupping also plays an important rock in respiratory issues— by helping break up chest congestion, reducing phlegm, alleviating coughing by increasing blood and lymphatic circulation to the lungs. Simply just stimulating the immune system and helping to expel toxins. That being said It can shorten recovery time and make breathing easier.

Spent these past few days with the SportStretch crew and it’s such a blessing. Not just the opportunity by working/helping these athletes get ready for their big day..but meeting new people, learning about them….making connections. It’s what this is about and what I love about this career. There’s always room for growth, opportunities, friends turning into family, learning from one another, meeting new people.
That being said if you’re a therapist and not apart of you definitely should get involved. Take a class. You’re missing out if you don’t. This is the best thing I’ve ever done in my career as a therapist and I can’t wait to see what’s next. It was so great meeting all of you this time of round. Until next time 😊

It’s feels great to be back & ready to work harder than last year towards new dreams and goals👏
