Lisa started her journey with Partners as a volunteer after getting inspired to help women get access to breast cancer resources as a hospital employee in the area.

Pink can look like anyone, and for Maria Giacalone, she was diagnosed with breast cancer after getting a routine mammogram.

With the help of our organization, Maria received a double mastectomy and breast cancer care fully funded, so she could be at ease while going through her treatment.
