In order to understand darkness, one must live it — the wounds, fears, and fragments that hide beneath the surface of light. It’s not about fixing what’s broken but understanding what has been forgotten. True healing asks us to walk through our own shadows — to witness pain without running from it, to meet fear with love, and to remember that every fragment of darkness once only wanted to be known.
Their wisdom is born from experience — from the nights that didn’t end, the emotions that burned, and the faith that rose quietly from the ashes. That’s why they can hold others in their pain. They’ve been there. They’ve lived there. And they’ve found the way out.
The healer becomes light not because they avoid the dark, but because they’ve learned to sit within it until it speaks.
