We are very pleased to welcome Matthew Zwack to the SalusCare Board of Directors!
Matthew Zwack is President of O-A-K Florida, the Florida division of Owen-Ames-Kimball , a leading general contractor with over 40 years of service in Southwest Florida. He leads the firm’s commercial construction operations with a focus on projects that strengthen communities, delivering an intentional, collaborative, and client-centered experience.
His early years on job sites with his father sparked his lifelong commitment to building. At 17 he began working as a foreman in South Dakota, and in 2003 he relocated to Southwest Florida to serve as a lead finish carpenter, directing teams on high-end residential, condominium, and commercial work. His father, Jay, oversaw the building of our headquarters!
In 2005 he joined O-A-K as an assistant superintendent, working on the 310,000 SF South Fort Myers High School. His drive for excellence led to promotions to project superintendent, general superintendent, and chief safety officer, managing all field operations in Florida. In 2016 Matthew joined the O-A-K Florida board of directors, and in 2019 he became Vice President of Operations. He was named President in 2021.
Matthew is active in local civic leadership. He serves on the Lee County Horizon Council and holds board roles with The Foundation for Lee County Public Schools, Habitat for Humanity, United Way of Lee, Hendry, and Glades Counties, and the Greater Naples Chamber.
He is a Florida Licensed General Contractor and holds a LEED Professional Certification in Building Design and Construction.
