Join us for a Free Community Wellness Fair on February 26 from 5:00 to 6:30 pm at Colonial Elementary School in the cafeteria. Families can access health and wellness providers, on site screenings for all ages, free dinner, and free bike helmets and giveaways. All ages are welcome.

Hi everyone! I’m excited to share that I’m partnering with local therapist Kelsey Hedberg to offer an in-person group for college women in the SWFL area.
The group will be starting in March and held in Estero. We’re currently gathering input to better understand what college women are looking for when it comes to topics, cost, and overall structure.
There’s a QR code on the flyer that links to a short survey. If you or someone you know may be interested, please feel free to send them my way or share the flyer. We’d love to hear from you!

At 3 of our office locations across Southwest Florida, we have placed large purple Narcan stations stocked with FREE Narcan for anyone who needs it.

There is:

No sign-out sheet

No questions

No cost

You simply show up and take what you need.
