This is coming out of left field and no one is sure how far it will go, but we need all hands on deck. They are accepting public comments until August 9th 2021. PLEASE follow this link and leave your Kr8tom Testimonial and any donation to the American Kratom Association would also be helpful.

Share your kratom testimonial as part of the FDA's comment solicitation requirements. The World Health Organization is considering the FDA's request to ban kratom. You can help stop an international kratom ban.

Believe it or not the FDA has ramped up their effort to ban Kratom AGAIN. They are moving against vendors and eventually will start targeting on small businesses.
We are proud to financially support the effort to keep kratom legal and hope everyone will do whatever they can to help.
ONE THING you CAN do to pressure your favorite Kava Bars and Kratom vendors to take out their wallets and GET IN THE RING!
TOO MANY KAVA BARS AND KRATOM VENDORS ARE REAPING THE REWARDS WITHOUT DOING THE WORK!
Ask Them; HOW MUCH DO YOU GIVE? Don't be shy, You may wake up one day and Kratom will be gone. It's TOO LATE then to wish you did more.

Kapua Kava Bar WILL Remain Open for Carry Out Orders with a few adjustments
1. New Hours Noon until 6:00 PM
2. Open Monday through Sunday.
3. Only one patron allowed inside at a time.
Please follow the signage inside and we will be able to streamline the process to best of our ability.

For all that are frustrated and exhausted trying to reach your mortgage or car loan lenders here are some tips:
1. At the moment this IS your job.
2. Go to the companies website. See if they have a chat feature. Make sure you are detailed and provide all necessary info including account number, when you last worked and that the virus is the reason you need help. If you chat try and print out or save the conversation. Don't demand anything, be professional and patient.
3. Email the company.
4. Find their social media accounts. You may be surprised at how effective DM'ing can be.
5. Write them a letter to the address on the statement AND any main corporate address you can find.
6. Use ALL of the available contact points until you get a definitive answer and document all attempts at contact and information shared including names / employee numbers of anyone you speak with.
You are not alone and many of their workers are home as well. Just do this job as if you owned the business and were fightung for survival. Because you are.
