Nextep Nextep offers outpatient and residential substance abuse treatment, based on 12-step principles and guidelines, from 9 locations in Southwest Florida.

Nextep provides outpatient substance abuse treatment and recovery residences to teach and provide an environment to help individuals recover from addiction. It is a FIRST recovery residence, level III certified recovery residence (as certified by the Florida Association of Recovery Residences and National Alliance of Recovery Residences). A six-month supportive living environment is provided to guide a person from early recovery to independent living. Based in Fort Myers, Florida, it has nine locations and bases its program on 12-step principles and guidelines. All services are supervised by professional staff and include mental health care and hands-on drug and alcohol rehabilitation.
