The Path of Being Center for Conscious Living Products and Holistic Wellness The Path of Being is a center for conscious living and holistic wellness.

It is a community-based resource center that encourage, support, and facilitate on-going physical, emotional, and spiritual abundance. The center will provide wellness classes, which will include but are not limited to yoga, qigong, meditation, alternative health, and green living. The Path of Being will also offer a selection of classes and workshops that support their mission to be a resource for personal development and spritual growth. The Path of Being will be a local go-to resource for the growing number of men and women that wish to live more effective, successful, vibrant, and energetic lives through a proactive and ongoing approach to their overall health. The Path of Being will take a different approach from traditional wellness and self-enrichment programs in that it focuses on long-term and ongoing support and structure. Most wellness center and personal enrichment programs offer “quick fix” or “oasis from reality” solutions that quickly lose momentum when the client is re-immersed in their everyday responsibilities and the stressors that everyday life can induce. We believe true and effective change is possible both individually and, in our communities, by being part of that change, which is at the core of our belief system.

We have scheduled it for Saturday, the 21st, from 10:00 to 3:00 pm. We're doing short little readings, 15 minutes for 20.00. We have some great soulful journey products.... and some sips and bits. 😋

Hi everyone, this week's guidance comes from the Queen of Swords and Strength.

The Queen of Swords brings clarity, truth, boundaries, and clear-eyed discernment. She is saying what needs to be said, cutting through confusion, and not tolerating what isn’t aligned. She can also be a little guarded or “all logic, no softness” when she’s protecting herself.

Strength crossing her adds the lesson (or challenge) of gentle power: patience, compassion, emotional regulation, and courage that doesn’t need to force anything. It often says, “You can be firm without being harsh.”

Today you're being called to trust yourself and how you feel... You're being asked to believe in yourself as you focus on the road ahead. Hold this energy throughout this week with this simple affirmation: I speak my truth with calm confidence—my boundaries are clear, my heart stays open, and my strength is gentle and steady.

What are you being invited to notice or embrace today?

Judgment is the card of awakening, truth, and a turning point. It often shows up when you find yourself in a situation were you can't "unknow" what you know. It's a wakeup call, a reckoning, or the closing of an old chapter and stepping into a new one.

Judgment signals rebirth, accountability, and second chances. It's a message to be honest with yourself, make the call, and rise into what's real.

We're coming to the end of the year of the Snake. In Chinese astrology the year of the snake is all about shedding skins—quietly, deliberately, and completely. Snake energy doesn’t force change in a loud way; it helps you releases what’s outgrown through clarity, boundaries, and an inner decision that says, “This no longer fits who I’m becoming.”

As you close the Snake year, choose what you no longer want to carry.

One belief to release (ex: “I have to do it all myself”)
One commitment to end or renegotiate
One pattern to retire (overthinking, over-giving, procrastinating, tolerating)

Affirmation “I bless what got me here. I release what slows my future.”

As you transition from Snake energy and begin moving into Horse energy know that Horse needs direction. Take what you learned in Snake and start thinking about what you want to create in Horse:

Hi everyone, this week's guidance comes from the Two of Cups and the Four of Cups. Today's message is about love and relationships.

The Two of Cups is about connection, but it wants that connection to be mutual with emotional balance and reconciliation.... with a sense of meeting in the middle. This can be romantic, but it can also be about friendships, or business partnerships.

The Four of Cups is showing what's complicating the situation... emotional withdrawal, disappointment, or being closed off from what's being offered.

Today's Full Moon is a wonderful time to release, to release fears, habits, and old patterns.

Today I drew the Six of Coins. Money and finances can be one of the most stressful situation in most humans lives.... today, the Sixth of Coins is urging us to release our fears around money and the idea of not having enough.

Name the Feeling.... when you feel worried or fearful about your finances, name it.

~ Say it, This is fear, this is not truth
~ Put your hand were you feel it, chest, throat, belly.
~ Breathe, 4 breaths in, 6 breaths out ~ 10 times
~ Then ask yourself, "What is this fear trying to protect me from?"

The answer may come as a word, as a thought, or a feeling. Whatever it is, accept it, honor it, and then let it release.
