That lower trap muscle matters more than you think 👀

When it’s weak or not firing, the shoulder blade doesn’t sit or move the way it should → hello impingement and pinchy pain. 😖

Get the lower trap strong and active and you:
✅ Improve shoulder positioning
✅ Take stress off the rotator cuff
✅ Keep the shoulder from getting “jammed”

Small muscle. HUGE role.
Don’t skip it. 💪🔥

Shoulder hurts?

Bursitis + a tear isn’t something to “wait out.”

Think of it like a shirt with a hole in it 👕
If you ignore the hole and keep wearing it, the tear doesn’t stay the same — it slowly gets bigger.

Same thing in the shoulder.
Pain might come and go, but the tissue keeps taking stress if nothing changes.

The goal isn’t just to calm pain — it’s to support healing, restore strength, and stop the tear from progressing so you can keep doing what you love. 💪

Rachel set a big goal: finish her first half marathon 🏃‍♀️✨
And she DID IT. 🙌

Along the way, knee pain tried to slow her down — rooted in glutes that weren’t firing the way they should. We dialed in accessory strengthening, addressed the knee, and kept her moving forward one step at a time.

Strong plan. Consistent work. Finish line crossed. ✅

So proud of you, Rachel! 🥹👏

Ever wonder why your upper trap is doing ALL the work? 🤔

Most of the time, it’s not the problem — it’s compensating.

When a muscle in your rotator cuff is inflamed or not firing well, your trap steps in to protect you.
Sounds helpful… until everything else starts compensating too 😬

That’s when shoulder pain, stiffness, and faulty movement patterns show up.

Fix the inflammation.
Get the right muscles firing again.
Let the trap chill out. 💆‍♂️

Wild but true 👀

If your pelvic alignment is off, it can send pain all the way down to your heels.
Not a foot problem — a chain problem.

The good news?
👉 It’s an easy fix when you know where to look.

Fix the alignment.
Calm the nervous system.
Take the stress off the foot.

Pain relief finally 🙌🏻

Tony came in dealing with bilateral radiculopathy — pain on both sides that had been hanging around way too long.

Now? Breakthrough. 🙏🏻
On his 4th visit, the dry needling gave him the most pain relief he’s felt in a long time.

This is why we don’t give up after 1–2 sessions.
Stay consistent. Treat the source. Let the nervous system calm down.

Huge win, Tony 👏

Let’s talk rotator cuff tears 👇

The rotator cuff is made up of multiple muscles — and when one of them tears, that’s the real problem.

Many people think a cortisone shot “fixes” it…
Sure, it can help the pain for a bit — but that’s because it masks the issue, not solves it.

Meanwhile, the tear is still there.
And in some cases, that temporary relief can actually make things worse long-term.

Pain relief ≠ healing.
Find the root. Fix the cause. 💪

Ever had shin splints? 😖

Conrad did — and they were starting to mess with everything, even his walking.

A little scraping to release that built-up tension + some Neufit to re-educate the muscles ⚡️
And just like that… relief.

Shin splints don’t have to sideline you. 👊🏻

Calling all shoulders 🚨

Natalie’s been dealing with shoulder impingement—and like a lot of people, her body started compensating.

She was overusing her upper traps, letting them do all the work while other muscles checked out. That compensation keeps the pain cycle going.

We used ASTYM to uncover those overworked, fired-up areas and improve tissue quality…then we correct the movement patterns so the right muscles start doing their job again. 💪

That way Natalie can keep doing what she loves! 😊

Achilles pain? 👣🔥

That constant soreness or stiffness might not be “just tightness.”
A thickened Achilles tendon can trap inflammation and keep the pain lingering.

The good news? It’s treatable.
👉 Dry needling helps break up that thickened tissue, improve blood flow, and calm the inflammation so the tendon can actually heal—not just get temporarily relief.

Don’t ignore Achilles pain and hope it goes away. There’s a reason… and a solution.

Cold & flu season is here 🥶🤧

Those vitamin C packets? They’re fine… but they don’t work nearly as well as an IV.

Why? Bioavailability.
Oral vitamin C has to pass through your gut and only a portion gets absorbed.
With an IV, it goes straight into your bloodstream—faster, stronger, and more effective when your immune system needs backup now. 💪💉

If you’re feeling run down, fighting something off, or want to stay ahead of the season—there’s a better option than packets in your water bottle.

If the right muscles aren’t firing, the shoulder pays the price.

When stabilizers don’t turn on, bigger muscles take over ➡️ poor mechanics ➡️ overload ➡️ pain.

More stretching isn’t the answer. Re-activating the correct muscles is.

That’s how we calm pain, restore control, and keep shoulders doing what you love 💪
