1% better every day.
Not flashy. Not overnight. Just consistent.

This has been our mantra for years—and in 2026, we want YOU to adopt it.
Tiny habits. Small wins. Daily effort.

Because here’s the math people forget 👇
1% better every day for a year = ~37x better than where you started.

That’s stronger. Healthier. More confident.
Not from doing everything… but from doing something—every day.

Start small. Stay consistent.
Let 2026 be the year you compound your effort. 💪🔥

I Need to feel better.

Throwback to 2020.
Before we wore it. 👕

A patient said something simple—but powerful:
“I need to feel better. I need to feel better.”

That was her frame of mind.
That’s what she valued in therapy.

That belief is why we built Apex on the idea of
1% better every day.

Celebrate small wins.
Build daily habits.
Compounding over time.

1% better. Every day.
( shout out to James Clear, Atomic Habits 📖 for the inspo)

Ever feel like you’re just slowly falling apart? 😳

Pain doesn’t always start where you feel it. 👀⬆️⬇️

Christie is on her feet all day at work and training hard with CrossFit. What started as hip pain slowly began traveling down the leg—but the root cause wasn’t just the hip itself.

When you “chase pain up the chain,” you often find overloaded, tight muscles creating trigger points that refer pain elsewhere. 🎯
Dry needling helps release those trigger points, calm the system, and take pressure off the areas that are screaming the loudest.

Treat the source. Restore balance. Keep moving. 💪

Hot take 🔥 but results > opinions.

Our recent video on tendinitis vs tendinosis definitely stirred the pot. Some people loved it… some people hated it 😅
But here’s what actually matters:

👉 Ben is feeling BETTER.
👉 Pain is down.
👉 Function is improving.

We can argue and debate terminology, but you can’t change the fact Ben is feeling good! 😃

We’ll keep focusing on outcomes and getting people back to doing what they love. 💪🏻

Frozen shoulder: what’s actually happening? 🧊➡️🔥

That “stuck” feeling isn’t just tight muscles.
Frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) happens when the shoulder capsule becomes inflamed, thickened, and restricted, leading to pain and a major loss of motion—often without a clear injury.

So how can dry needling help?
✔️ Reduces muscle guarding around the joint
✔️ Improves blood flow to stubborn, irritated tissue
✔️ Calms the nervous system’s pain response
✔️ Helps restore movement so rehab can actually stick

Dry needling doesn’t “fix” frozen shoulder overnight—but when combined with the right mobility and strengthening work, it can be a game changer in getting motion back and breaking the pain–stiffness cycle. 🙌🏻

Precision matters—especially with dry needling. 🎯

With everything that’s come out recently involving TJ Watt, safety has (rightfully) been a big part of the conversation. When needling the back, we’re always focused on our target and intentionally away from the lung field.

It’s not just putting a needle in—it’s knowing anatomy, depth, angles, and technique.
Careful. Calculated. Purposeful.

Effective treatment should always be safe treatment. 💪

Pain isn’t always coming from where you feel it 👀

That sore shoulder, tight hip, or aching knee might just be the symptom — not the real problem.
If we only chase the pain, it keeps coming back.

Find the root cause. Fix the compensation.
That’s how real healing happens 💪

Treat the source, not just the spot.
