*Take your daily antihistamine and nose spray if it is your bad season
*Wear a mask when outdoors for any length of time
*Use sinus rinse and shower after increased exposure
*Avoid opening windows on those beautiful days
* ENJOY THOSE BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS THAT THE POLLEN HELPS TO CREATE 🌅
