We are a collective of practitioners who each own and operate our own practice, but share space under the same roof.

Find relief from physical and emotional pain with massage, private yoga, chiropractic, somatic wellness coaching, sound therapy, vibroacoustic table, biofeedback. Whether you are seeking relief from chronic physical pain such as head aches, arthritis, low back pain, or fibromyalgia, or you are struggling with stress management or emotional pain like depression, anxiety or the uncomfortable body sensations that arise from being triggered, we can help. Saint Lucie Wellness (previously named Saint Lucie Massage and Yoga) is coordinated by Jen Principato, and it is the umbrella name for our location at 778 W Midway Rd Ft Pierce, FL. We operate by appointment only, and do not have a receptionist. It is common to find the door locked even when we are open if we are all in session at the same time, so it is recommended to schedule online or call rather than stop by. We do not take walk in appointments. There are 3 options for scheduling:
1. You may go to stluciewellness.com and select the practitioner of your choice to be directed to their individual website/online scheduling and phone number.
2.You can call and leave a message at our main number 772-742-1990, and someone will get back to you within 24-48 hours (we do not have a receptionist).
3. You may contact your practitioner of choice directly through one of the links below to schedule online or call them to make an appointment directly. Here are direct links to practitioners :

There's also still a couple spots left in our BE SERENE workshop this Saturday 2/24. This class kicks off the next 8 class cycle so it's a great time to start. The BE SERENE Classes are held monthly from 9-10:30am. Each class in the 8 class series focuses on one topic from the B.E. S.E.R.E.NE. acronym. For best results it is suggested to take all 8 monthly workshops in order. Private sessions are also available. Each class is $30. There is a 25% discount for veterans, first responders, teachers and members of Inner Truth Project
