Recipe: "Quick Chili"..2/3 lb Ground Beef, 1 can of Kidney Beans, ( or beans of your choice), 1 can of Stewed Tomatoes, 1 tsp or Chili Powder, sprinkle of sugar, Salt as needed, serve with Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream and choice of Crackers. Cook for hour plus. Serving for 3 individuals.
